DACS, a-n and Artquest seek Director for The Artists Fund

DACS, a-n The Artists’ Information Company and Artquest, are currently recruiting for a Director to lead and take forward The Artists Fund, a new charity which will provide small grants for visual artists in the UK. The deadline to apply is Friday 7 November 2014.

Help us establish a new fund for visual artists

Recognising the current funding gap for individual visual artists in the UK, The Artists Fund will secure private funds for a new grants programme to support artists at any stage in their career to develop new work and build their practice.

We are currently recruiting for a Director who will lead on raising funds for the charity; as well as establish, launch and manage the grants programme and raise the profile of the Fund.

    How to apply

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and talented individual to establish a new grant-making programme, supporting artists to develop their practice at a transformative moment in their careers.

To apply, visit Artquest’s website where you can read further information about the role and download the application pack.

The deadline for applications is 12pm, Friday 7 November 2014 with interviews scheduled for Monday 17 November 2014.
